Refunds

If your question made it onto the front page, that charge stays. You bought the spot for as long as it lasts. We do not refund you because you dislike the new question.

We only send the money back if your bid never applied — for example, someone else paid that same euro first. If Stripe does not complete the payment, you are not charged.

The same goes for the table: if your euros moved the club, they stay. We only refund a move that never applied or a payment Stripe did not complete. Adding a name works the same way — if the name was already on the table when your payment landed, we refund the ten euros.
